The CPMR Islands Commission (IC) Secretariat is currently seeking an intern to support its daily work in Rennes. Under the coordination of the Executive Secretary of the IC, s/he will contribute to its communication activities, carry out policy monitoring and provide support for the organisation of meetings and events of high relevance for IC Member Regions.
The successful candidate should have a near-native or native level of fluency in English and a university degree in a relevant field. Knowledge and personal interest in EU policies of key priority for the IC (notably Cohesion, Transport, Energy/climate) is a strong asset as well as proficiency in at least one other European language (French or Italian or Spanish).
