Learning Objectives
Understand and analyze the role of communication in processes of social and institutional transformation; understanding political, institutional and organizational logics that govern the communication activities; learn about the tools of public and institutional communication: listening, organizational communication , public and social marketing.

basic knowledge of the communication processes; the political-institutional system and the media system

Type of Assessment
oral examination: questions about the topics discussed during the lessons and present in the textbooks. The conversation with the teacher is aimed at acquiring the acquisition and level of knowledge learning, the ability and the clarity of the exhibition, the ability to link the texts and topics studied
