The Course is divided into two parts. The first concerns the fundamental principles and notions of administrative law. The second part regards the legal discipline of the acts enacted by public administrations and the administrative procedures.

Course program
The course deals with general concepts of administrative law.
It primarily concerns the constitutional principles and the basic notions of administrative law, such as public body, organization, discretionary power, liability of public bodies. Secondarily the focus will be cast to the legal discipline of public acts, administrative procedure and public contracts.
